About the Role

5. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, genetics, and related fields.
6. Actively participate in research and development (R&D) activities, with a proven ability to translate complex ideas into real-world solutions.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
3. Demonstrate hands-on coding experience (3+ years) with a strong track record of delivering high-quality code.
4. Possess a deep understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy regulations.
5. Open-source contributions are a plus.
6. Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, including knowledge of distributed ledger systems, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
7. In-depth understanding of decentralized storage solutions and their integration with blockchain technology.
8. Strong experience with architecting and building secure, scalable software systems.
9. Experience with applying AI and machine learning principles to solve complex problems.
